APR Care have been in the industry since 2004 when the Owner of the Company Peter Adami (Master Builder) built the first SDA homes with NDIS approvals in Townsville, to support his wife Rose who was in Aged Care many years ago, and they wanted to run their own business to care one on one with people with disabilities, as they are caring compassionate people, so thats how their business began.

The Owners that run the business APR Care are Peter and Rose Adami, and it’s a family run business with their daughters Samantha and Rosalie, so this company has a lot of heart.

This company has many years of quality experienced well trained staff, has been around a long time in Townsville and is well located and well set up.

At APR Care/Townsville, we do SDA – Special Disability Accommodation – NDIS fully approved and registered, and STA Short Term or MTA Medium Term Accommodation for respite.   If you have anybody interested in our accommodation, we do in home support or CAS as well! The accommodation is located at 30 Rangewood Drive Rangewood only 15mins drive from Willow Shopping Centre in Kirwan Townsville, close drive to Hospital also only 15 – 20mins, and Townsville City.

The property is large acreage property and its like a small style resort with a pool and very large undercover entertainment area, where the staff do activities, Board Games, or other Activities, and they also at times do Karaoke and music for Participants entertainment.   The staff are some of the most caring and compassionate, well trained staff I’ve met, and I’ve personally as the new Business Manager for APR Care have worked in Townsville in the Industry over the past 18 years for different disability companies, so you have somebody with great vast knowledge and many years experience assisting you.

We also have 2 Disability Buses for transport fully NDIS approved and registered for wheelchair use as well.

Our staff are already supporting some of our Participants with High Care Needs on site who all have their own private rooms/areas.

The area we have currently available is currently no house mate there.  But there will be 3 rooms in this Villa available.

The other participants will be located on site but in another Villa building.  Some of the communal areas will be shared for staff to assist Participants for meals such as kitchen and living areas, and for some Participants to interact and socialise.  You can also just choose to have your own privacy too.  We do have a team of quality qualified staff working on site 24/7.
