This near-new High Physical Support SDA house in Clyde has both participant rooms available now. Built in 2025 and enrolled with the NDIA, it has two participant bedrooms, each with its own private accessible ensuite, plus an onsite overnight assistance (OOA) room with its own ensuite for support staff.
The home is designed for safety, comfort and independence. Both bedrooms have structural provision for ceiling hoists rated to 250 kg, and we’ll arrange installation of the participant’s own funded hoist. Each bedroom also has emergency power backup for a minimum of two hours. The ensuites have hobless showers with generous circulation space.
The open-plan kitchen, living and meals area has an accessible kitchen with an automatic height-adjustable bench, side-hinged wall oven and pull-out pantry. A separate retreat provides a second living area, giving residents space to relax or have visitors. One bedroom opens directly onto its own private courtyard, and the living area opens to the rear yard.
Every room has split-system heating and cooling, and the home has NBN, an intercom between rooms and a full fire sprinkler system. Access is via a step ramp with handrails, and there’s a single garage plus driveway parking.
The house is located in Clyde, close to Casey Hospital, local shops and public transport. Residents are free to choose their own SIL provider, and the home suits two participants moving in together or individuals. Site inspections are welcome for participants, families, support coordinators and OTs.
