ACCESS AND SECURITY

Our Armidale home is fully accessible, including a covered rear entertainment area. The home is fitted with provisions for assistive technology to allow easy accessibility.

EMERGENCY SUPPORT

The house is provisioned for a communication system that can communicate from the bedroom to contact support workers in the event of an emergency.

The home has structural provisions for ceiling hoists and is assistive technology ready.

SDA FUNDING

In order to be eligible for this home, you must have SDA funding as part of your NDIS plan. You will also be required to pay a Reasonable Rent Contribution, which is 25% of your Disability Support Pension plus 100% of your Commonwealth Rent Assistance (or equivalent).
