Partnership Opportunity for PBS Clinicians Across Australia

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Clinicians who already have an existing client base and are looking for a supportive organisation to partner with on a flexible fee-sharing basis .

About the Role

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will deliver person-centred Positive Behaviour Support services to paediatric and/or adult participants within their local community and via telehealth where appropriate.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)

Developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans

Working collaboratively with participants, families, carers, and support teams

Supporting reduction of restrictive practices

Monitoring participant progress and reviewing intervention strategies

Delivering evidence-based, ethical, and person-centred supports

Maintaining accurate documentation and NDIS-compliant reporting

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Registration as a Core, Proficient, or Advanced NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner

Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Behavioural Science, Education, or related fields

Existing NDIS client base or referral network preferred

Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and NDIS requirements

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
